Overview

With all the demands of day-to-day business, it's easy to lose focus on your objectives. So from time to time it's important to look at the way your operation works and to make plans for the future. How do you currently operate? What works and what doesn’t? Looking forward, what will be the demands of your clients and customers?

Future First is a workshop in which a facilitator works with your team to ensure it stays focused on the key issues. Participants are encouraged to challenge their current thinking, to consider their working practices, to agree key priorities and goals for the period ahead, and to establish and agree an action plan.

• Translating ideas into ongoing operations plans
• Identifying the contribution that can be made by each team member
